Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Areas

We currently offer shipping to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, European Union and worldwide.

2. Processing

All orders are processed within 2 business days and shipped via tracked courier service.

Once your order has been shipped, the estimated delivery time is 15 business days depending on your country or region.

3. Shipment Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with shipment tracking information. The shipment information will be updated and sent to you once the package arrives at your local airport (due to system reasons, the shipment information will not be updated immediately for a while).

4. Change of shipping address

Customers are advised to ensure that the shipping address entered is accurate. Just in case, there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. If you would like to update your shipping address, please contact us immediately at iartpainting1@outlook.com.

Prices vary depending on your country/region. For remote locations, shipping costs can be as much as $15.98.

Due to shipping carrier policies, we unfortunately cannot guarantee delivery dates for express orders.
